Delivery

We wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition, therefore all deliveries will be made using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

• All deliveries are insured and the progress of each delivery may be traced via a bar code tracking number which will be emailed to you.


• Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantee delivery the next working day before 1pm (We also offer a service which guarantees delivery before 9am the next day at a small extra charge).


• If for any reason you miss your delivery a card will be left with the consignment number and branch telephone number, so that a collection from your nearest sorting office or re-delivery can be arranged.
