The first thing you can do is check your paperwork or Rolex Warranty Card. If you don’t have any accompnying paperwork with your Rolex, then its available on the watch case itself. You will have to remove the bracelet to find it. The reference/model number is engraved between the lugs on the 12 o’clock side where the bracelet meets the watch case. Pop into our boutique and one of our friendly team will be able to locate it for you.
